First-time user? Email us at virtualstudio@duke.edu and write "Invitation Request" and your Duke Net ID in the subject line. (The Virtual Studio is currently available only to the Duke University community.) Also, in the email, please tell us the following:
1. Explain the nature of your visit to the Virtual Studio (for example, an appointment, a tour, a group project, meeting, etc.).
2. Indicate how long you will need access to the Virtual Studio (for example, a day, a week or two, a month).
Expect a maximum of a 24 hour response time. Once we process your request, you will receive an email with information on how to download Teleplace, the virtual world software we are using, as well as login and password information.
Returning user? Go to Teleplace on your desktop or in your Programs menu and log on, using your Teleplace login and password.
Questions? Check out the Virtual Studio FAQs.
